Day 1: I just completed this, this is my first day doing it and surprisingly I’m pretty dead, well mostly my legs. It is a great quick workout to do! You feel it right afterwards. I definitely feel like I’m going to be down at least 10 pounds in 2 weeks by doing this, along with my fasts. I definitely recommend doing it.
